I bought these thinking they'd at least say Skullcandy on them, but the packaging is so lame and has some cell company's name on it. Included with in the package was a crappy and little white piece of paper saying how they are MANUFACTURED by Skullcandy. I was very disappointed. Now I have to explain they are made by Skullcandy which is really cheesy.

PACKAGE WAS SLOWER THAN USUAL TO ARRIVE. I ORDERED, AS THE SHIPPING LABEL INDICATED; 1EA. SCULLCANDY PROLETARIAT HEADPHONE SET. I ACTUALLY RECEIVED AMP'D MOBILE HEADPHONES. I KNOW THEY LOOK THE SAME AND MAY BE IDENTICAL. MY GRIPE IS THAT "AMP'D MOBILE HEADPHONES WERE OFFERED TO BROKERS/INVESTORS IN BULK FOR SEVENTY EIGHT CENTS PER PAIR A WHILE BACK WHEN AMP'D MOBILE WENT BELLY UP. THERE IS NOBODY TO HONOR THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY LISTED ON THE AMP'D MOBILE PACKAGE. I COULD HAVE EASILY PURCHASED AMP'D MOBILE HEADPHONES ON AMAZON FOR 1/2 THE PRICE IF THAT WAS THE BRAND STAMPED PRODUCT I WANTED. VIBE CELLULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE MAN BECAME AGITATED, LOUD AND OVERWHELMED ME WHEN I ASK TO PLEASE SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER. SCULLCANDY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS "THEY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT AMP'D MOBILE HEADPHONES BUT SCULLCANDY'S WOULD NOT REPAIR A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT THEIR LABEL EVEN AT A REPAIR COST. SHAME ON VIBE CELLULAR: #1 FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT...#2 FOR TAKING DOUBLE THE PRICE THAT AMP'D MOBILE HEADPHONES SELL FOR ON THE SAME AMAZON SITE...#3 FOR THAT RUDE SMART-TAILED BROOKLYN ATTITUDE I CAUGHT WHEN I CALLED. These are by far the most amazing headphones I've ever had. as a DJ and musician, I have a very good and sensitive hearing.
These speakers make you feel like you're on a dance floor live at one of the best nightclubs.
They're simply amazing!
I don't know about lasting quality of the wire and all (time will tell), but as far as quality and comfort, they beat out everything I've ever tried, including BOSE.

Ordered 2 SKULLCANDY noise canceling headphones from Amazon on Black Friday. Price was $24.99. The seller VIBECELLULAR substituted amp'd headphones in their place. (The very ones that Amazon was selling for $18)

I ordered a Skull candy NC headphones for $ 24.99 on black friday deal and instead got the Amp'd Mobile headphone with a note from the seller "vibecellullar" stating that - 'this headset is manufactured by Skullcandy for Amp'd Mobile' . I cannot understand how that can be cuz the same set of headphones (the Amp'ds ones) are being sold on amazon for $ 18. This is purely and simply put a case of "DEFRAUDING" innocent consumers who expect a quality product and are instead handed down some cheap product.
The fact that amazon is unaware of the bait and switch being done by this seller is surprising and i wish they could ban the seller or take some stringent action against them for such fraud. These kind of sellers reflect badly on the reputation of amazon and atleast i will think twice now before placing any orders here. A lot of people besides me, who ordered the same during black friday week thinking it to be a great deal , got duped and have been vocal about it. I have contacte the seller and then filed a claim on amazon's claim file segment. I hope for sth positive there. So CAVEAT EMPTOR- buyers beware cuz vibecellular is involved in malafide transactions and don't be duped by them
